Mehernosh Mody nominated for the Craft Guild of Chef’s Awards

La Porte Des Indes’ Executive Chef Mehernosh Mody has been shortlisted under the ETHNIC CHEF OF THE YEAR category by the Craft Guild of Chefs for its awards this year. The Guild strives to promote culinary excellence, and brings together leaders who represent the future of the industry. The awards are just one of the many ways to celebrate its stars.

Into their 19th year, these prestigious Awards have become the OSCARS in the culinary industry that every ambitious chef works hard to lay hands on. The coveted accolade recognizes and rewards the leading talent working in kitchens all across the industry. The Awards categories cover all aspects of the chef profession, from education to pubs to banqueting.

Such is the importance of the awards; it has attracted a record number of entries this year. The event has become a must-attend in the industry calendar with more than 600 of the country’s culinary professionals gathering under one roof to celebrate with their peers.

An elite line up of judges will reveal the winners for 15 categories on Wednesday, 13th June at the Wembley Stadium.
