Wembley stadium, home of the biggest sporting events in history, was a fitting venue in this Olympic year to showcase the Craft Guild of Chef’s Award 2012 event. A record number of entries, an elite line up of judges and more than 680 industry professionals in attendance made this year’s event truly outstanding.
These awards have become the OSCARS in the culinary industry and with just 16 on offer they have become every chef’s dream of winning one. And win one he did, La Porte des Indes’ very own Executive Chef Mehernosh Mody!
Nominated under the Ethnic Chef Category, Chef Mody beat off stiff competition from a number of very talented chefs to land the Craft Guild of Chef’s Award 2012.
